Diagnosis

Flagellum thick, second flagellomere 1.7X as wide as width of pedicel; frontal suture reaches eyes in level with anterior margin of anterior ocellus; thoracic dorsum golden-green; forewing costal cell bare; propodeum smooth, propodeal callus with seven setae.
